We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the managing partner of a fast-growing real estate company. This role requires a professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate business operations, and serve as a trusted right-hand to the managing partner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the managing partners calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, documents, and follow-up action items

Act as the primary point of contact between the managing partner and internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors

Draft and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations

Assist with real estate transactions, project coordination, and executive-level initiatives

Organize and maintain confidential documents and records


Plan and coordinate company meetings, events, and executive travel arrangements


Track projects and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met


Assist with strategic initiatives and operational tasks as directed by the managing partner


Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred

3+ years of experience supporting executives, ideally in real estate, finance, or a fast-paced business environment

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools


Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously


Experience in the real estate industry


Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools


Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities


Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision
