We're looking for a Relational Integrator: someone who is our founder's right hand, our agents' concierge, and our clients' warm point of contact — all while keeping the marketing engine running behind the scenes.

This is not a build-it-from-scratch role. The vision, the voice, and the systems exist. What we need is someone who takes direction and executes — turning ideas into mailers, videos into posts, events into memories, and chaos into calm. You are organized, marketing-literate, and genuinely warm with people. You thrive when you're making someone else's vision real. This is a hybrid position based in Chandler, AZ. We work with flexibility, but this role requires daily in-office presence — typically a few hours each weekday. If you need a fully remote role, this isn't it.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the founder's primary right hand — manage schedules, priorities, and follow-through so leadership can stay focused on growth, listings, and vision. Your organization is what makes her effective.

2. Implement marketing content across all channels — take approved concepts and turn them into executed mailers, social posts, video logistics, and campaigns. You don't create the voice; you make sure it shows up consistently and on time.

3. Coordinate video and content production — schedule shoots, prep materials, manage editing timelines, and ensure content actually gets out the door. Ideas don't become content without someone owning the process.

4. Act as agent concierge — be the warm, reliable point of contact agents can count on for support, answers, and follow-through. Agent retention is a culture job, and you're a big part of the culture.

5. Act as client concierge — coordinate gifting, touchpoints, and appreciation moments that make clients feel remembered long after closing. These relationships are the foundation of our referral business.

6. Own the execution of events — not the vision, the execution. Logistics, vendors, timelines, RSVPs, and the thousand details that make an event feel effortless to everyone who attends.

7. Operate and optimize existing systems — work within PLACE and our existing tech stack at a high level. You didn't build it, but you own it. Spot what can be tightened, flag it, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

- Background in marketing coordination, brand support, executive assistance, or a hybrid of these — you've touched content, people, and logistics in the same role before
- Genuinely organized — not because someone makes you be, but because it's how you're wired
- Strong interpersonal presence — agents and clients feel cared for when they interact with you
- Comfortable with content execution: social scheduling tools, Canva or similar, basic video coordination, mailer platforms
- Self-directed with high follow-through — you don't need to be managed, you need to be pointed
- Experience working closely with a high-output leader and making them more effective
- Familiarity with CRMs and real estate platforms is a plus; coachability is a requirement
- Must be local to or able to commute to Chandler, AZ daily. This role is hybrid with consistent in-office presence Monday through Friday — flexibility exists, but daily availability is expected.
