The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the Associate Director-Counsel, managing a fast‑paced workflow and serving as a key administrative partner. Description
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, briefings, and internal/external engagements
- Coordinate logistics for legal team meetings, travel, and events
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Assist with drafting and formatting legal memos, presentations, and reports
- Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical), including confidential case documents
- Support coordination with internal legal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and administrative processes
- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure workflow efficiency

Profile
A successful Executive Administrative Assistant should have:
- Previous Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience required
- Experience supporting senior leadership, attorneys, or legal teams strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Professional, proactive, and dependable with strong judgment
