Schedule: 20–24 hours per week (coordinated with reporting manager)
Hybrid: Monday & Friday – Remote | Tuesday–Thursday – In Office
Employment Type: W-2 Contingent
Pay Rate: $46.50/hr
Travel: Minimal (<10%, only if approved for company meetings/events)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to a Senior Management Team (SMT) member within a fast-paced corporate environment.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience supporting C-suite executives. The ideal candidate is discreet, resourceful, and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation
Draft correspondence and documents for senior leadership review
Research and respond to inquiries, interpreting company policies as needed
Track and manage documents requiring executive review or signature
Screen and prioritize incoming communications (email, mail, internal requests)
Handle confidential information with discretion
Serve as liaison between executive leadership and internal teams
Coordinate meetings, agendas, logistics, and meeting minutes
Track action items and follow up on executive initiatives
Prepare periodic reports and presentations for Board-level meetings
Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants as needed
Support senior leadership with special projects and administrative initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
7+ years of experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or some college coursework
Experience working in a corporate executive environment
Experience supporting Board of Directors activities
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Smartsheets (preferred)
Strong document tracking and reporting skills
