Location: 2011 N Soto HR; can be across all Keck Medicine of Hospitals for events and event support
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid Role The role will initially require onsite training and then will transition to a hybrid schedule (three days in the office, two days remote). Flexibility is required, as occasional changes to work location or hours may be needed to support business needs, attend meetings, or assist with events/projects. During periods such as Hospital Week or special events, the role may require full-time onsite presence.
Schedule & Duration:
Assignment Duration: 6 months
Potential to convert to full-time: Not at this time
Typical Hours: 8:00am4:30pm
Occasionally, shifts may be 6:00am2:30pm or 2:00pm10:30pm for special events
Weekly hours: 3240 hours (meal breaks included)
Compensation/Parking
Parking: Offsite parking with shuttle service to Soto location; event parking at hospitals may be reimbursed. Contingent is responsible for cost of parking. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes if they park at the Valley Lot. Must leave enough time to arrive to their scheduled shift. Parking sells contracted permits. To obtain the permit, they will need to create a Pied Parker account, register their vehicle, and provide card payment details.

Casual business attire
Dress appropriately for events (especially executive-level or themed events)
Interview Process:
Standard format is a 30-minute Microsoft Teams interview.

Minimum Education

Tuberculosis (TB) Test
Must be completed yearly.
