Hours: Normal hours, with overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Very busy meeting and events location
- Weekend and evening events on a regular basis
- Uses outside agency for delivery of most of the events
- Liaison with landlord, making sure the agency has provided all of the documentation
- Knowing what the schedule is
- Coordinating access arrangements with the landlord
- Coordinating with Client team in terms of set up and breakdown
- A lot of catering
- COI coordination
- Being available and visible to liaison with security, audio visual, stakeholders
- A lot of coordination
- Very positive and engaging, friendly environment
- Comfortable being on your feet, going up and down stairs
- Being comfortable in front of the client, showing up in the right way
- Hospitality background- concierge
- High end fashion or high-end retail
