Position Overview
The Event Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees. This role provides hands-on exposure to event management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Support logistics, materials preparation, and on-site operations
- Greet and assist attendees in a professional manner
