The New York State Bar Association, a non-profit, professional membership organization based in Albany, NY, is seeking a full-time Event and Online Program Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the Assistant Director of Meetings and Events, and support the administration and delivery of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs, with a primary focus on online program operations and a secondary role in event coordination.

This position manages on-demand CLE program workflows, including processing attestation forms, issuing MCLE certificates, uploading and maintaining video content, and creating program products for website sales.  In addition, the Event and Online Program Coordinator works with the Learning Management System, Salesforce, and webstore to integrate processes and ensure compliance and accreditation standards are met; responds to member inquiries regarding on demand programs and certificate processing; serves as a contact for information pertaining to out-of-state accreditation and processes MCLE credit for other states as requested by members; processes sponsorship invoices and payments; coordinates temp staffing requests for programs as needed; assists with adding Live Events in Salesforce, CE21, and Smartsheet in the Assistant Director of Meetings and Events absence; processes tuition assistance applications for programs as needed;  and, assists the Assistant Director of Meetings and Events with live events.

Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative experience and/or event planning experience is required. Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of Office applications is required. Proficiency in other NYSBA software such as Fonteva/Salesforce, and CE21 are preferred. Strong organizational skills are required. A High School diploma is required. An Associate’s degree in Business is preferred.
