ETL Migration Engineer

Requirements:
- Experience in ETL migration programs (e.g., Informatica to open source or modern ETL tools)
- Proven hands-on experience with ETL Migration Initiatives, especially moving Informatica workflows to open-source or cloud-native integration frameworks; Strong understanding of ETL architecture, data integration patterns and relational data concepts
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using DevAssist or similar AI developer-assistant tools for use cases such as identifying patterns in ETL processes and translating them into target-platform constructs
- Ability to analyze and document ETL logic, categorizing workflows by complexity, domain, criticality and create migration artifacts such as inventories, source-to-target mappings and transformation summaries
- Proven work experience with Informatica
- Experience in configuring and deploying applications in public cloud like Azure/AWS using IAC tools like OpenTofu or Terraform
- Very solid understanding and practical experience with implementing Infrastructure as Code
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with on-call support, resolving incidents and release management practice
- Certification in Informatica or any other ETL tool
- Certification in public cloud (Azure or AWS)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
