ETL Developer
Position Location: Dallas, TX, 75234 - Hybrid 3 days for now, may come to 5 days.

Length of Assignment: 9 Months Contract to Hire role.

Pay rate Range: $60-70/hr. on W2 ONLY

Function of the Group: Mitigating risk
Industry background: regulated financial institution background is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:
Coding and developing ETL Informatica Data feeds into new tool

Must Have Technical Skills Required, 5-7 Years of Experience:
1. Database Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data mapping, querying, and managing complex databases, particularly Oracle and MS SQL Server.
2. Development & Scripting: Strong coding skills in Java, along with experience in UNIX/Linux environments.
3. System Configuration: Building and customizing RCM workflows, AIS visual modeling, alert management, and UDM (Unified Data Model).
4. Integration & Tools: Experience using APIs (REST/SOAP), Autosys/Control-M for scheduling, and tools like JIRA or Client QC ALM.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Financial Crime & Compliance: Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Trade Surveillance, KYC, and Fraud Detection.
2. Process Analysis: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical, automated solutions.
3. NICE Actimize Modules: experience with ActOne, Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), Risk Case Manager (RCM), CDD

Education/Certifications: Bachelors required
