About the Project
The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF). This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance data integration solutions to support critical criminal justice data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Data Flows, and Mapping Data Flows
  • Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure Blob Storage, APIs, and third-party systems
  • Develop and maintain Azure-based data pipelines and data warehouses
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs to ensure data quality and performance
  • Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements
  • Apply data governance, security, and compliance best practices
  • Automate workflows and optimize performance for large-scale data processing
Skills & Qualifications
Required
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Strong ETL development and data integration experience
  • Experience working with SQL Server and cloud data sources
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data pipelines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience with Azure Data Warehousing solutions
  • Familiarity with data governance and security standards
  • Experience integrating third-party or API-based data sources
  • Background supporting public sector or justice-related data systems
