Estimator

Mission:

• Total Safety is looking for a Fire Protection Estimator to join their safety conscious team!
• The Fire Protection Estimator prepares estimates and proposals for fire protection systems including fire sprinklers, fire alarm, gaseous agent suppression, detection, and air breathing systems.

Day to Day:

• Prepare detailed material, labor, design, and equipment cost estimates in response to RFP, RFQ or customer request.
• Provide written scope of services in response to RFP, RFQ, or customer request.
• Thoroughly review and understand requirements from project and customer documents to reduce risk and capture all costs.
• Provide customer and in house technical support to sales personnel on mechanical and electrical fire protection systems.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years’ experience in fire protection, mechanical and or electrical systems installations preferably in industrial settings.
• Minimum 3 years of EPC experience (Specific type of contracting agreement- Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with project costing methods

Pay Range: $77,000 to $78,000 annually.

This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client. All compensation and benefits, including but not limited to medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks, will be provided by the client in accordance with their internal policies and subject to applicable laws and eligibility requirements.
