Great opportunity to work for a reward winning Central Massachusetts and Rhode Island residential contractor, searching for a part time Estimator, minimum of 20 hours per week.

You will be replacing the Estimator who retired, after working for my client after 18 years of service.

Average residential cost per home $1.5M. No self-perform work, all trades are subbed out. Estimator’s primary responsibility would be obtaining subcontractor quotes and checking out the scope of work. The owner has control of the quantity take-offs.

MY CLIENT USES THE SAME SUBS ON ALL OF HIS PROJECTS. HE DOES NOT CHASE LOW BALL PRICES FROM SUBS!!
