HumanHire is partnering with a rapidly growing medspa in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, to hire a Licensed Esthetician. Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, on-site

About the Role:

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will play a dual role delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments while also supporting front desk operations and the overall client experience. You’ll be a key part of a brand-new medspa, combining hands-on clinical care with client education, scheduling, and sales support. This role is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys building relationships, wearing multiple hats, and contributing to the growth of a startup-style practice.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform esthetic services, including HydraFacial treatments, while ensuring client comfort, safety, and satisfaction

  • Conduct client consultations, assess skin concerns, and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products

  • Educate clients on services, packages, memberships, and post-treatment care

  • Greet clients, check them in, and provide a warm, professional first impression

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and online appointment requests

  • Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments

  • Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and digital consents using Zenoti or similar software

  • Process payments and point-of-sale transactions, including packages and memberships

  • Support retail and service sales through education and personalized recommendations

  • Communicate with providers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Track inventory for products and consumables

  • Assist with client reminders, marketing outreach, and rebooking efforts

  • Keep treatment rooms, front desk, and reception areas clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:

  • Active Esthetician License (required)

  • Hands-on experience performing HydraFacial treatments (required)

  • Experience in a medspa or aesthetics setting strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with Zenoti software preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Sales-minded with the ability to educate and confidently recommend treatments and products

  • Comfortable in a fast-growing, startup-style environment

  • Ability to work on-site Tuesday through Saturday
