Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

The Team Member should be action-oriented, customer service driven, ambitious, culturally fit, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed, and goal-oriented. This candidate must be able to meet and exceed individual sales goals that contributed toward the team's overall sales goals. This person will work with the Center Manager, and their team to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. Services performed will be body sculpting, facials, and microneedling.

Qualifications:

Experienced Esthetician

Flexible schedule including evenings (closed at 7:00 pm) and Saturdays.

Maintain good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask.

Display exceptional guest experience skills, and handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.

Understand the needs of the guest, and the ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.

Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Maintain an environment of trust, and communicate efficiently with managers and peers.

Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education.

Maintain a clean environment, and uphold company standards.

2-3 years of Sales Experience in retail
