We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of estate planning and probate matters. This includes preparing and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, and maintaining positive client relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of trusts, wills, probate, and tax law. Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Assist attorneys with estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
2. Prepare and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts, and other related documents.
3. Conduct comprehensive document reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards and regulations.
4. Manage and organize case files, and track important deadlines and dates.
5. Maintain positive and professional client relationships, addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
6. Conduct legal research and prepare reports on findings.
7. Collaborate with the legal team to strategize and optimize case outcomes.
8. Stay updated on current estate planning and tax laws, and inform attorneys of any significant changes that may affect cases.

Qualifications:

1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field.
2. Paralegal certification is preferred.
3. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal or in a similar role.
4. Extensive knowledge of estate planning, probate, trusts, wills, and tax law.
5. Proficiency in legal document preparation and review.
6. Excellent case management skills.
7. Strong client relations skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
8. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
10. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
