Austin office is seeking Estate Planning Attorney to join well established partner. This position provides an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee a broad range of estate planning matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, providing advice on estate tax, and handling probate proceedings. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning and a proven track record of successfully managing complex estate planning cases.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of trust and estate planning for business owners and high net worth individuals. Familiarity with administration of trusts and estates, asset protection and planning, business succession planning, and charitable planning is required. Candidates with 2+ years of experience, excellent academic credentials, and prior experience in an Am Law 200 firm are encouraged to apply!
