Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership to the Georgia Bar
- 5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex family structures
