Job Title: Escrow Support Processor

Compensation: $18.35/hr.

Location: West Phoenix, AZ 

Your Role:

As an Escrow Support Processor, you’ll handle the centralized clerical processing of documents for residential escrow openings and closings. This critical role ensures smooth operations by relieving escrow branches of high-volume paperwork. 

• Communicate instructions to escrow branches (no direct customer communication).
• Follow established escrow procedures and regulations.
• Handle escrow openings and closings, managing tasks with precision and accuracy.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED 
• 1-2 years of escrow processing experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Mortgage industry experience required
• Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated with strong decision-making skills
• 2 verifiable references
• Submit to a criminal background check and drug screening
