Escrow Officer

The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Manage escrow files from opening through closing.
- Review, enter, and set up new orders in Impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers.
- Ensure timely progression of files and resolution of issues.
- Obtain required or missing documentation through proactive follow-up.
- Communicate with all parties involved throughout the transaction.
- Provide status updates and resolve customer inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule real estate settlements.
- Conduct mail-away closings and maintain required documents.
- Provide final figures, wiring instructions, and certified funds information.
- Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of Escrow Officer experience.
- Existing book of business.
- Knowledge of escrow law and local/state requirements.
- Understanding of RESPA, TILA, Dodd-Frank, CFPB, and ALTA Best Practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and escrow software (Impact/Greenfolders preferred).
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
