* Manage or support ERP and financial system implementations, including vendor selection, implementation planning, data quality evaluation, resourcing, and partner coordination.
* Create and manage system implementation plans, including issue and risk management, steering committee updates, and user acceptance testing.
* Improve budgeting, planning, and operational processes through new tools, automation, and process redesign.
* Develop new business models and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI or oversee the implementation of systems that impact financial and operational data.
* Support change management activities, including stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, communication planning, and organizational design.
* Identify people-side risks, resistance points, and performance gaps; develop targeted mitigation and corrective action plans.
* Design and conduct readiness assessments and present findings in a clear, logical, and compelling manner.
* Mentor clients and junior team members; lead or contribute to project teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Work across multiple industries, quickly building credibility and adapting to varied client environments.
