The remote ERP Engagement Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for utilizing proprietary implementation methodology, while leading ERP implementation project teams comprised of internal resources, customer resources, and third-party resources; defining project objectives; managing budgets and resources; and ensuring that projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Leading each project to a collaborative, successful conclusion.
Engagement Managers must exhibit strong collaborative leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.
- Previous INFOR (SyteLine, Cloudsuite) experience required.
- 3 Years experience as a Project Manager on ERP implementations
- PMP Certification is a plus
An Engagement Manager has multiple objectives:
• Lead and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
• Coordinate with internal resources, third-party resources, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within allocated financial resources.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a positive, constructive, and productive work environment.

We were asked to conduct a talent search for a remote ERP implementation Engagement Manager/Project Manager who has demonstrated exceptional technical and leadership skills, with integrity, in professional services, implementations, and service delivery.

The ERP Implementation Engagement Manager is a position for a project manager experienced in ERP implementations. An ERP Implementation Engagement Manager will employ implementation methodologies to lead a collaborative team of my clients resources and their customer resources, while bringing each project to a successful conclusion.
This position involves customer interaction for some of which will be remote and some of which will require travel.
