Job Title: ERP Developer III (PeopleSoft Financials)

Location: Remote (Texas)

Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer III with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials to support a critical system migration project. The role involves analyzing legacy systems, reverse-engineering business logic, and executing complex data migrations into PeopleSoft environments.

This position requires a highly independent professional capable of handling complex tasks, contributing to system modernization, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and reverse-engineer legacy .NET applications to extract business logic and data
• Design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft Financials applications
• Perform complex data migrations from legacy systems to PeopleSoft
• Work with PeopleTools to develop and enhance ERP functionalities
• Interpret and document legacy logic for stakeholders and project teams
• Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle
• Perform system integration, testing, debugging, and deployment activities
• Maintain detailed technical documentation
• Support project deliverables, including occasional off-hours work if required

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of ERP development experience
• Minimum 2+ years of PeopleTools development experience
• Experience with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher
• Strong experience with Oracle databases
• Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures
• Experience with complex legacy-to-PeopleSoft data migrations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in public sector (federal, state, or local government)
• Experience with CAPPS Financials
• Familiarity with Jira
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
