Equipment Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in the Arden, NC area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

• Safely maneuvering, lifting, and placing heavy machinery, materials, and equipment

   

• Perform daily safety checks and inspections of lifting mechanisms

• Interpret load charts

• Follow rigging signals

• Maintain site safety

   

• Operate the 100-ton crane to lift, move, and position heavy loads with precision, often in confined areas

• Set up outriggers

• Place mats for stability

• Perform daily, pre-operational walk-around inspections (checking fluids, brakes, and tires)

• OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
