Qualifications:

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), ERP systems, process simulation tools and SAP
Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role, preferably within a thermal or related industry.
Knowledge of brazing, welding, or thermal insulation techniques.
Experience with testing procedures for thermal systems (e.g., pressure tests, thermal cycling).
Ability to read and interpret P&ID and thermal schematics.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis (RCA). Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
Fluent in Mandarin

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for thermal equipment and systems.
Prepare and manage production schedules to meet customer and internal requirements.
Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth production flow and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
Identify inefficiencies in thermal manufacturing processes and implement lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methods.
Lead efforts to reduce cycle time, scrap rates, and energy consumption in thermal production.
Ensure compliance with quality requirement and standards
Collaborate with quality engineers to resolve product or process-related issues and drive corrective actions.
Specify and maintain production tools, fixtures, and jigs used in manufacturing thermal components.
Support installation, calibration, and maintenance of production machinery related to heat treatment, commissioning, or nitrogen charging.
