Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Builder to join our team in Tampa, FL. This temp-to-perm position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical skills who are comfortable using hand and basic power tools to assemble water treatment equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble water treatment equipment following blueprints and work instructions.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks.
- Inspect and test assembled equipment for quality assurance.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Basic mechanical skills with experience in hand and power tool usage.
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move moderate weights as required for assembly.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
