Location : 100% Remote

General Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Applications Analyst with Epic Willow expertise to support a healthcare IT environment. This is a clinical + IT hybrid role, working closely with application teams and pharmacy stakeholders to deliver innovative, efficient, and high-quality system solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pharmacy operations along with hands-on experience in Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) or Willow Inpatient (WIP).
Specific Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) or Willow Inpatient (WIP)
- Experience as an Applications Analyst in healthcare IT
- Implement, configure, and support Epic Willow (WAM or WIP) modules
- Partner with pharmacy and clinical teams to understand workflow requirements
- Design and optimize EHR solutions for pharmacy operations
- Maintain and enhance system performance, reliability, and usability
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare standards
- Active or prior Pharmacist license (RPh)
Experience in hospital or health system pharmacy environments
