Job Description:
Our client is looking for a skilled Epic Beaker, RWB & SlicerDicer Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and decision support functions within the LIS ecosystem. This individual will work with clinical and operational leaders to design and build high-value reporting content and provide actionable insights from laboratory data.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build custom reports in Epic's Reporting Workbench (RWB) and SlicerDicer tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key metrics.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into technical report specifications.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support lab performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability.
• Educate users on self-service analytics using SlicerDicer and RWB.
• Support governance processes around data usage, access control, and report versioning.
• Collaborate with application and data teams to ensure consistent data sources and definitions.

• 5+ years of experience with Epic Beaker and Epic's analytics tools (RWB, SlicerDicer).
• Proven ability to deliver impactful reports and dashboards for clinical operations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of laboratory data structures and reporting hierarchies.
• Epic certifications in Reporting Workbench and/or SlicerDicer preferred.

• Expertise in Excel Spreadsheets
• Any healthcare related certifications and work experience
