Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures specific to manufacturing operations.
- Investigate EHS incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Deliver EHS training to employees on various safety topics, including hazard communication, lockout/tagout, and emergency response.
- Manage hazardous waste disposal and ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of hazardous materials.
- Maintain comprehensive EHS documentation, records, and prepare required regulatory reports.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of direct EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations and their application in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs (e.g., LOTO, Machine Guarding, HazCom, Waste Management).
- Proven ability to conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage all levels of the organization.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies to EHS processes.
- Professional certification such as ASP, GSP, or CHMM.
- Proficiency with specialized EHS management software platforms (e.g., Gensuite, Intelex, Sphera).
- Internal or lead auditor experience for ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
