Salary: $100,000–$110,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview
Dual-role leader responsible for environmental health & safety programs and facility operations. Ensures compliance, maintains safe working conditions, and supports production through facility management.
Key Responsibilities
EHS
- Develop and manage EHS programs (OSHA, EPA compliance)
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Lead safety training and emergency preparedness
- Manage workers’ comp and near-miss tracking
- Oversee PPE and environmental compliance (air, water, waste)
Facilities
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and daily operations
- Manage facility upgrades, capital projects, and vendors
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
- Develop preventive maintenance programs
Sustainability
- Lead waste reduction and environmental initiatives
- Track and report sustainability metrics
Leadership
- Lead EHS/facilities staff
- Partner with production and leadership teams
- Serve as contact for regulatory agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Environmental, Engineering, Facilities, or related
- 3+ years in EHS/facilities in manufacturing
- Strong OSHA/EPA knowledge
- Experience with facility planning tools (AutoCAD, etc.)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
Preferred
- CSP, FMP, or similar certifications
