Location: Monticello or Logansport, IN (Flexible Hybrid Schedule)
Compensation: $35,000-$45,000 base + Annual Performance Bonus + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, Life & Disability Insurance)

As an Entry-Level Tax Associate, you'll work closely with experienced CPAs and managers on a variety of tax engagements. You'll help prepare and review returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits while developing a deep understanding of our clients' financial goals. What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
- Support tax planning and research for diverse clients across industries.
- Collaborate with senior staff to identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure compliance.
- Participate in client meetings and correspondence, gaining early exposure to advisory work.
- Contribute to workflow improvement and firm initiatives to enhance client service.
- Stay current on evolving tax codes and professional standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's or CPA eligibility a plus).
- 0-2 years of public accounting or tax preparation experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine desire to build lasting client relationships and grow within the firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with tax software is a bonus.
