Stephen Consulting Inc. is expanding our AT&T campaign in Anaheim and looking for a motivated Sales Support Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, the Sales Assistant supports families by offering device recommendations, plan comparisons, and insights that bring them closer to the right wireless and internet experience.
As a Sales Support Assistant, you’ll be the trusted advisor for clients—guiding them through AT&T’s mobile offerings, customizing service plans, and ensuring every solution aligns with their operational goals. You’ll combine consultative selling with product expertise to build long-term partnerships and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Support Assistant
- Promote AT&T wireless and internet solutions by highlighting smartphones, affordable plans, and connectivity benefits tailored to residential households.
- Identify customer needs by reviewing account activity, analyzing usage patterns, and recommending service options that improve convenience and reliability.
- Facilitate activations and upgrades by confirming eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring devices and accounts are set up accurately.
- Maintain CRM systems with detailed records of customer preferences, service milestones, and account updates to support retention and compliance.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to align messaging, resolve service challenges, and deliver consistent customer experiences.
- Contribute to growth strategies by monitoring market trends, sharing customer insights, and assisting with campaigns that build visibility and trust in AT&T offerings.
Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Support Assistant:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.
- Experience in sales, account management, or telecom consulting—especially in wireless or subscription-based environments—is highly valued.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and build trust with business clients.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools to manage account records, track engagement, and streamline workflows.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a focus on long-term relationship building and strategic growth.
