Core Duties of an Entry Level Sales Solutions Associate:

• Promote cutting-edge internet and telecom solutions to residential and small business customers
• Educate customers on services such as fiber connectivity, SD-WAN, edge computing, and managed network services
• Leverage proprietary analytics tools to assess needs and recommend tailored service plans
• Generate leads through local outreach, prospecting, door-to-door activity, and event marketing
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service activation and customer onboarding
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools (Salesforce) and report performance metrics
• Serve as a trusted representative of industry-leading telecom solutions throughout the Seattle region
• Stay informed on new product releases, tech trends, and service updates within the telecom industry
