Salary Range: $54000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
- Learn about Trophy Insurance Solutions' diverse range of insurance products.
- Assist senior sales representatives in client consultations and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and professional manner.
- Learn and adhere to all company sales processes and ethical guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the initial sales process.
- Contribute positively to the sales team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in learning about insurance products and sales.
- Enthusiasm for helping people and solving problems.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Basic computer proficiency.
