What You'll Be Doing
- Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
- Educate customers on Clover Pest Control's services and value
- Generate new customer sign-ups and referrals
- Represent the company professionally and positively in the field
This position is perfect for college students, or anyone looking for seasonal or summer work. No experience needed, with limitless earning potential.
What We're Looking For
- Positive, self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Able to work independently and stay consistent
- Previous door-to-door, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Incentives
- Uncapped earning potential
- 100% commission-based compensation with bonuses
- Performance-based pay - the more you sell, the more you earn!
- On-target earnings of $20,000–$60,000 over a 4-month season
- Additional incentives and performance bonuses available
