Entry Level Sales Representative

Our Farmers Insurance Agency is growing fast, and were looking for a highly motivated, competitive Sales Representative who wants to grow a long-term career in sales.

This is a salaried full-time, in-person role, ideal for someone who thrives on goals, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by commissions and bonuses on top of salary.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking
• Convert agency-provided and self-generated leads into closed sales
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Work leads, quotes, and follow-ups daily
• Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and referrals

• High-energy, goal-driven, and competitive mindset
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Coachable and open to feedback
