No prior financial services experience is required. We provide structured training, licensing support, and hands-on mentorship to help you develop the knowledge and confidence needed to serve clients effectively.
In this role, you will work directly with business owners, employees, and families to educate them on financial protection solutions that help safeguard their income and future.
Duties
- Learn and apply foundational financial services and sales strategies
- Meet with business owners and employees to discuss financial protection options
- Conduct one-on-one and group benefit presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate new opportunities through outreach and referrals
- Use CRM software (such as Salesforce) to track client interactions and follow-ups
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development meetings
- Stay informed on product knowledge, compliance standards, and industry updates
- Provide attentive customer service and policy support
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a local territory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
