Our client, a growing organization in the Grand Rapids area, is seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Sales Representative to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or other related field is a plus (not required)
