  • Maintain and optimize Durham’s lead database, identifying high‑potential areas for Frontier’s fiber rollouts and upgrades.
  • Support field teams by confirming fiber availability and simplifying customer inquiries into clear sales solutions.
  • Conduct proactive follow‑ups with residents to confirm equipment delivery and resolve service questions quickly.
  • Compile daily sales metrics and competitive insights to guide leadership in refining market strategies.

Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Support Associate

  • High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Marketing, or Communications is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in sales support or client‑facing positions, with a track record of exceeding sales benchmarks. 
  • Skilled at presenting Frontier Fiber’s bundles and services as lifestyle‑driven solutions that resonate with households.
