Entry Level Sales Representative

As an Entry Level Sales Representative at SkyNova,Inc you will be meeting and engaging with different residents and bringing them tailored AT&T solutions that match their needs in the Cleveland, OH area. The Entry Level Sales Representative will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while also contributing to the overall objectives of the team.

Our Entry Level Sales Representative will work closely with customers to upsell AT&T’s products and services while making sure their needs are being met with professionalism representing AT&T and Sky Nova.

Your daily responsibilities as an Entry Level Sales Representative

• Engage with clients directly in residential settings to build rapport and drive sales

• Present and sell service solutions in alignment with the specific needs of each customer

• Actively participate in ongoing training sessions in order to improve sales, customer service and marketing strategies

• Execute sale strategies in alignment with team objectives

• Resolve customer issues and ensure top tier service across all interactions

• Utilise market insights to inform campaign initiatives and improve customer service and sales performance

• Spot opportunities to upsell and improve internal sales processes

What you will bring as Entry Level Sales Representative 

• A high school diploma or equivalent 

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies 

• Experience in Sales or in a Customer Facing role would be advantageous 

• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to strike a conversation with customers

• Resilient and positive attitude even in the face of adversity

• Friendly personality
