Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to sell A3 Smart Home security systems to homeowners in residential neighborhoods.

This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong income potential and clear growth opportunities.
 

Compensation

• Base pay + uncapped commission

• On-Target Earnings: $55,000–$100,000+

• Bi-Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners about smart home security systems

• Educate customers on available solutions

• Help homeowners select the right system

• Close sales and schedule installations

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Motivated and goal-oriented

• Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods

• Reliable transportation

No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
