What You'll Be Doing

• Knocking doors, generating leads, and closing deals.
• Inspecting roofs (with drone and tech support).
• Building lasting relationships with homeowners.
• Guiding clients through insurance and repair processes.
• Representing Provision Roofing with professionalism and pride.

What You Bring to the Table

• Roofing or in-home sales experience? Even better.
• Competitive spirit and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong closer with empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Self-starter who thrives in high-performance environments.
• Comfortable on roofs and working outdoors.
• CRM experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
