Entry Level- Sales Manager Core Functions
- Master the sales process for Quantum Fiber first.
- Transition into leadership by overseeing a small pod of trainees.
- Conduct sales presentations while evaluating team performance.
- Balance personal sales quotas with team-wide production goals.
- Implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Lead weekly training sessions on closing and product knowledge.
- Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of new team members.
- Analyze performance reports to identify team growth opportunities.
