- Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, confined space, and fall protection protocols
Skills Required
- 0–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting (internships/co-ops included)
- Strong mechanical aptitude including bearing replacement, gearbox inspection, belt/chain tensioning, and motor alignment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively document work and transition tasks during shift changes

- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is preferred

- Experience with condition monitoring tools (vibration analysis, thermography) and reliability methods (FMEA, RCM) is preferred
- Must be physically capable of climbing, lifting up to 60 lbs, working in tight spaces, and performing extended physical tasks in a production environment
