Urgently Hiring Entry Level Production Associates, Full Time, On Site, Durham, NC

Job Type and Location

  • Job Type: Full Time

  • Work Setting: On Site

  • Location: Durham, NC
Schedule (Monday through Friday)

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Pay and Advancement

  • Starting pay of $14.00 per hour

  • Opportunity for a pay increase once hired on permanently

  • Employees who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and a willingness to learn will be considered for higher paying, more advanced roles
What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities Vary by Department)

  • Perform entry level production and manufacturing tasks in a fast paced facility

  • Check in customer orders and verify quantities, accuracy, and order details

  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Trim excess fabric or materials from finished promotional products using hand tools

  • Steam finished products to ensure a clean and professional appearance

  • Fold finished products consistently according to company and customer standards

  • Package finished products securely for shipment

  • Label, sort, and organize orders for shipping or next production steps

  • Meet hourly production goals while maintaining attention to detail
What We Are Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Entry level candidates encouraged to apply, no prior production experience required

  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform detailed hand work

  • Willingness to learn and take coaching

  • Patience and focus for repetitive and detail oriented tasks

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals

  • Basic communication skills and a team focused mindset

  • Reliable transportation to and from the Durham, NC facility
