- Must take pride in making products of the highest quality
- Hands-on production environment
- Hearing, respiration, hand, and eye personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
- Must be able to work off written and verbal instructions, asking questions as needed
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more
- Must be able to to stand and work for most of the workday
This position works closely with senior team members to perform wide-ranging production tasks. Tasks include moving and storing raw material, sawing, planing, gluing, and finishing wood or aluminum, painting, and packing. The ideal candidate wants to advance to an expert level in one or more of these areas but is happy to work as part of a team in any role.
