This is an entry-level position for a business-minded, outgoing individual that is looking to start a career with a dynamic and growing marketing and direct sales firm.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will grow to handle all aspects of the customer experience, sales cycle, execution of product and service knowledge, and communication directly with local consumers. This individual will ultimately be responsible for accurately connecting consumers to services through personalized interactions. Success is measured by the ability to accurately execute these completions of sales for our clients across the Clearwater, FL area.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilties:
- Communicate with consumers and market telecommunications solutions on behalf of the client
- Learn how to implement, drive, and oversee direct marketing and advertising campaigns
- Maintain knowledge of marketing strategies through regular attendance of training seminars
- Assist in the evaluation of new clients and campaigns
- Identify opportunities and deliver recommendations to the account management team
- Work independently with guidance from management regarding overall goals & objectives
- Maintain overall success of clients campaign
Customer Service Representative Desired Skills and Experience:
4-year degree in Marketing or related discipline is preferred, but not required
1-2 years of experience or a related internship is a plus
General knowledge of marketing strategies or interest to learn more
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
