What You Bring (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)
- Good news - no college degree required! A high school diploma or equivalent is perfect for this role.
- 1-2 years of customer service or cash‑handling experience; if you've ever balanced a drawer during a rush, you already speak our language.
- A natural instinct to treat every person like a valued customer… even on Mondays before coffee.
- Detail orientation so sharp you notice typos in text messages.
- Time‑management skills that help you stay cool, collected, and on schedule - even when life tries to double‑book you.
- A team mindset: you celebrate wins together, share credit generously, and don't mind helping out when someone's printer jams (again).
- Professionalism that says, "I've got this," whether you're greeting someone at the door or digging into daily reconciliations.
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, especially if you know the difference between a spreadsheet and a spaceship.
