Entry-level Network Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems and respond to alarms and incidents.
• Open trouble tickets, perform initial troubleshooting, and document activity in a ticketing system.
• Provide basic break/fix support and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and third-party partners to support issue resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries while supporting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Follow established procedures, job aids, and documentation.
• Open Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) tickets for outages impacting lighted towers.
• Escalate outages or unresolved issues within defined timeframes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience or interest in network monitoring, troubleshooting, or technical support.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work well in a team environment.
