Position Summary

Pacific Horizons Collective Corporation is a marketing and advertising agency that supports client campaigns through in-person customer engagement and brand representation.

We are seeking an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support the execution of in-person marketing campaigns, assist with customer interactions, and help coordinate daily campaign activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and coordination of in-person marketing campaigns
• Represent client brands at retail locations and event sites
• Engage with customers and provide product/service information
• Help guide customers through basic sign-up or onboarding processes
• Track daily interactions and campaign activity
• Maintain organized materials and displays
• Support team members during events and campaign execution
• Attend training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in face-to-face environments
• Reliable and team-oriented
• No prior experience required
